Open Beta Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or using POL FARM, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service or send digital assets to the POL FARM treasury. These Terms apply during the open-beta period and may be replaced before any wider release.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and receive approval to join the open beta. You may not participate where use of the service or digital assets would violate applicable law. Access is personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

3. Game Items and Rewards

Miners, levels, enhancements, characters, clan benefits, and similar features are game items and statistics. References to mining, hashrate, farms, and rigs describe game mechanics; they do not mean that your device or purchased game item performs Polygon blockchain mining.

Displayed earning estimates are game calculations, not promises of profit, market value, liquidity, or future availability. Reward rates, balancing rules, fees, caps, and features may change during testing when reasonably necessary for security, sustainability, error correction, or game balance.

4. POL Deposits

Deposits are accepted only through the official deposit page on Polygon Mainnet and are credited only after blockchain and wallet verification. The open-beta cumulative deposit limit is 7,000 POL per account. Previously credited deposits count toward this limit. POL sent through an unsupported network, asset, address, or method may be delayed or unrecoverable.

Blockchain transfers are irreversible. You are responsible for checking the network, treasury address, amount, wallet, and transaction details before approving a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the displayed minimum, applicable fee, destination-address validation, account review, treasury availability, security checks, and blockchain conditions. A request is not complete until the payout transaction is confirmed and recorded. Never provide a private key or seed phrase to request support.

6. No Guaranteed Return

Participation can result in loss. POL prices are volatile, game rewards are not guaranteed, and prior rewards do not predict future rewards. Do not participate with borrowed funds or amounts needed for living expenses. Nothing on POL FARM is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your email account, password, wallet, device, and recovery information. POL FARM support will never request your wallet seed phrase or private key. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use multiple accounts to evade limits; reuse another person's transaction; manipulate rewards; exploit bugs; automate unauthorized activity; launder funds; impersonate staff; harass users; disrupt the service; access another account; or use POL FARM for unlawful activity. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately instead of exploiting or publishing them.

9. Beta Availability and Account Action

Beta features may contain errors or experience downtime. Access may be restricted or suspended to investigate fraud, security incidents, legal requirements, duplicated credits, or violations of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, legitimate balances and pending withdrawal obligations will be reviewed before permanent account closure.

10. Third-Party Services

Wallets, Polygon, RPC providers, hosting, email, databases, and block explorers are operated by third parties. Their outages, policies, fees, security, and actions are outside POL FARM's direct control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

11. Liability and Mandatory Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the open beta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or future features. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and Ending the Beta

Material changes will be identified through an updated effective date or a new agreement version. Continued access may require new acceptance. POL FARM may pause deposits, purchases, rewards, or new registrations while reviewing security, reserves, compliance, or game balance.
