Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026
1. Information We Process
Depending on how you use POL FARM, we process:
- Email address, authentication identifiers, and username.
- Account balances, miners, upgrades, rewards, clans, referrals, tutorial progress, transactions, and withdrawal records.
- Public wallet addresses, Polygon transaction hashes, chain IDs, amounts, recipient addresses, and confirmation status.
- Closed-beta acceptance, age confirmation, agreement version, and acceptance time.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, request logs, error logs, and rate-limit events.
- Messages and information you voluntarily send to support or post through an official community channel.
POL FARM does not need your wallet seed phrase or private key. Do not provide either one to POL FARM, its administrator, or anyone claiming to provide support.
2. How Information Is Collected
Information is provided by you when you register, select a username, accept the beta agreement, connect a public wallet, submit a transaction, request a withdrawal, join game features, or contact support. Other information is produced automatically by gameplay, blockchain verification, authentication, hosting, security monitoring, and application logs.
Polygon blockchain records are public and may remain publicly available independently of POL FARM.
3. Why Information Is Used
Information is used to:
- Create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts.
- Operate tutorials, miners, rewards, clans, and other features.
- Verify deposits, prevent duplicate credits, process withdrawals, and maintain transaction records.
- Enforce beta limits, investigate abuse, detect fraud, and protect users and the treasury.
- Debug errors, monitor reliability, and improve the service.
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, safety, and regulatory requests.
4. Service Providers and Disclosure
POL FARM uses service providers for database and authentication hosting, website hosting, transactional email, blockchain RPC access, and related infrastructure. During the current beta these may include Supabase, Vercel, Brevo, Polygon infrastructure, wallet providers, block explorers, and official community or support platforms such as Discord.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect users, enforce agreements, or complete a transaction requested by you. POL FARM does not sell personal information for advertising.
5. International Processing
Online service providers may process or store information in countries other than your own. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Reasonable measures are used to select and configure providers, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
Account and gameplay information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed to operate or close the beta. Transaction, deposit, withdrawal, security, fraud-prevention, and agreement records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users. Public blockchain information cannot be deleted from the Polygon network by POL FARM.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
POL FARM and its authentication provider use necessary browser storage or cookies to maintain sessions, protect accounts, and keep the service functioning. The open beta does not require advertising cookies. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or other account features from working.
8. Security
POL FARM uses access controls, database policies, server-only credentials, rate limits, transaction verification, and other safeguards appropriate to the beta. You are responsible for using a unique password, protecting your email and wallet, reviewing transaction prompts, and reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
9. Your Choices and Requests
Subject to applicable law and necessary transaction or security retention, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing; or ask questions about how information is handled.
Requests may require reasonable identity verification. Account deletion does not erase public blockchain transactions or records that must be retained for legitimate security, financial, dispute, or legal purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
POL FARM is restricted to approved users who are at least 18 years old. If you believe a minor has created or used an account, contact support so the matter can be investigated promptly.
11. Policy Changes
This Policy may be updated as the beta, providers, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
12. Contact
Send privacy or account requests to polfarmcrypto@proton.me. Do not include passwords, private keys, or wallet seed phrases.
