Open Beta Risk Disclosure

1. Open Beta and Experimental Service

POL FARM is an open beta test product. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, rebalanced, paused, or removed. Errors may affect displays, rewards, balances, transactions, access, or game progression. Testing with real digital assets increases the consequences of software and operational errors.

2. No Investment or Profit Guarantee

POL FARM is presented as a game, not as an investment product or savings account. No miner, enhancement, clan, referral, character, item, displayed estimate, or other feature guarantees profit, repayment, appreciation, liquidity, or a particular reward rate. Historical or projected values may not match actual results.

3. POL Price Volatility

POL's market price may change rapidly and may fall substantially. A balance expressed in POL can gain or lose fiat value even when its POL amount does not change. Market liquidity, exchange availability, network changes, news, regulation, and broader crypto-market conditions can affect value and usability.

4. Game Economy and Reward Risk

Game rewards depend on POL FARM rules and available operations; they are not produced by your device mining Polygon. Reward rates, miner values, fees, requirements, caps, supply, progression, and balancing may change. The game economy may become unsustainable or operate differently than expected. New deposits must not be understood as guaranteeing existing or future rewards.

5. Treasury and Withdrawal Risk

Deposited POL is sent to a treasury wallet and represented by an account balance inside POL FARM. It is not held in an individually segregated blockchain wallet for each user and is not protected by deposit insurance. Withdrawals may be delayed or interrupted by security review, insufficient treasury reserves, human processing, network congestion, wallet restrictions, legal requirements, technical failures, or closure of the beta.

6. Irreversible Blockchain Transactions

Polygon transactions are generally irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, entering the wrong address, approving the wrong amount, losing wallet access, or interacting with a fraudulent prompt can cause permanent loss. Verify every wallet prompt independently before approval.

7. Wallet and Cybersecurity Risk

Wallets, email accounts, passwords, devices, browsers, extensions, websites, and communication accounts can be compromised. Phishing, malware, impersonation, malicious approvals, credential reuse, and social engineering may result in loss. POL FARM support will never request your seed phrase or private key.

8. Third-Party and Network Risk

POL FARM depends on third-party hosting, databases, authentication, email, wallets, Polygon infrastructure, RPC services, and block explorers. Outages, policy changes, congestion, forks, chain reorganizations, inaccurate responses, service termination, or security incidents affecting those services may disrupt POL FARM.

9. Legal and Regulatory Risk

Laws and regulatory interpretations involving digital assets, games, rewards, payments, custody, consumer protection, securities, taxation, privacy, and anti-money-laundering controls may change or differ by location. Access, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, or the beta may be restricted or stopped in response to legal or compliance concerns.

10. Tax Risk

Deposits, purchases, rewards, transfers, sales, and withdrawals may have tax or reporting consequences. POL FARM does not provide tax advice and does not determine your personal obligations. Keep your own records and consult a qualified professional where necessary.

11. Account and Enforcement Risk

Suspected fraud, duplicate credits, transaction reuse, multiple accounts, exploitation, sanctions concerns, unlawful activity, or violations of the Terms may lead to review, restrictions, delayed processing, or suspension. Security reviews can produce false positives and require additional information to resolve.

12. Risk-Limiting Steps

• Use only amounts you can afford to lose completely.
• Do not borrow money to participate.
• Verify the official domain, network, and treasury address.
• Start with a small transaction before sending more.
• Protect your email, password, wallet, and device.
• Never share a private key or seed phrase.
• Maintain independent transaction and tax records.
• Stop participating if you do not understand a feature or risk.

13. Acknowledgment

By accepting the open-beta agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, understand that participation can result in loss, understand that rewards are not guaranteed, and voluntarily accept the risks described here and in the Terms of Use.
